ScienceROCKS! at the Ontario Science Centre

ScienceROCKS 19+ Adult only nights have arrived at the Ontario Science Centre! I'll be joining a scientist to DJ the Hot Zone Stage and play an updated version of "Name That Tune" as we explore the connection between music and memory. How cool is that?!

You'll also be able to rock out to live performances, engage in innovative presentations, explore the new (and awesome!) exhibition, "The Science of Rock n' Roll" and enjoy the Rolling Stones at the Max on the IMAX screen. The night will be accompanied by cocktails and great food like, Iggy Popcorn and Fleetwood Mac n' Cheese.

July's lineup includes:
-A live performance by singer/songwriter Tom Wilson (Blackie & The Rodeo Kings, Junkhouse) and a conversation with him and music media personality Alan Cross.
-Drum, strum and sing your way through The Science of Rock n' Roll exhibition.
-Learn what's happening in your head while you listen to music with neuroscientist Stefanie Hutka.
-Jog your musical memory with DJ Misty as she spins a new version of 'Name that Tune'.
-Transform your inner rockstar with complimentary hair and makeup by The Beauty Team stylists.
-Perform with the League of Rock in a live version of Rockband.
-And much more!

The first of three nights kicks off July 24, 2014 from 7pm-12am and is $15 in advance or $18 at the door.
